Shipping Policy 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders are processed and shipped on the same day they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally via our partner Global-E. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

  • Free shipping on orders of $69 or more
  • For orders under $69:
  • Standard shipping: $7.99
  • Express shipping: $8.99
  • Next-day shipping: $12.99

What We Deem as Lost

The tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received it. Please allow 2 working days — sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered prematurely and attempt redelivery, or the package may be placed in a secure location at your property, with a neighbor, or at a pickup point.

If no widespread network delays are reported, we will arrange a replacement. If delays are known in your area, this will be treated as a standard delay.

What We Deem as Damaged

  • Items arrive damaged in transit (e.g., wet, stained, torn, etc.)
  • Some items are missing due to outer packaging opening during transit

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.

Once shipped, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. If there is no update after 48 hours, please contact us.

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be modified after checkout. If you need to correct an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 calendar days so we can assist you.
